Estimation Station
We offer 3 types of estimation problems: a large jar of toy cars; a small jar of Lego's and a line on the wall for estimating height.
Each problem can be assigned to a specific age group (ie. small jar for grades K-1, height line for grades 2-3 and large jar for grades 4-5) or they can be offered as 3 separate problems.
We provide color-coded estimation sheets, pencils, and the solutions.
Prizes
Most schools like to offer a small prize to the winners of the Estimation Station. We leave that up to the school to decide. Prizes can be purchased from Blue Highway Games or wherever the school chooses.
